Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in an IT company. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

- Understand client requirements and tailor IT solutions to meet their needs

- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate and close sales contracts

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
