Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive for our organization.

Job Description : 

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales ready leads and opportunities

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

- Run email campaigns to create a business pipeline

- Interact with prospects via telephone and email

- Target US market hence timing as per US time zone

- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

- Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Sales Managers, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity

- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with Prospects

- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives

- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization

- Should be able to work on their own with minimal support.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 years experience, with at least 2 years in Business development role in IT services and product sales.

- B.Tech. or B.Sc. Computers Must

- MBA

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills and customer orientation

- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.

- A go-getter driven by metrics

- Experience in approaching US and Europe Market.
