- Monitor & reply to Google reviews, escalate issues if needed.
- Post scheduled updates on WhatsApp groups (BitsyDisplays & Joyvirus - twice a week).
- Create FAQs, LinkedIn articles, and research content for social media & reels.
- Draft subtitles & one-liners for videos/reels & coordinate with designers.
- Post 2 BitsyDisplays success stories/month across social media.
- Download & manage databases, share Google My Business leads.
- Assist with all tasks assigned by Directors & Digital Marketing Head.
Requirements:
- Basic social media & content writing skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & WhatsApp marketing.
- Freshers eager to learn & grow in digital marketing.
