Job Description For Business Development Executive:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Lead Generation through Sales Navigator, Upwork, Linkedin Etc.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries.
- Maintaining client information databases (such as HubSpot, CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to sell value and create credibility.
- Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in the long-term.
- Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process from Approaching Leads, Scheduling Interviews, Creating Proposals,Negotiating with client if required, instead of losing and capturing the opportunity and closing.
- Responsible for Gathering requirements from clients and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity. satisfy the regular business development targets.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients.
Education, Expertise & Experience:
- Any graduate (Engineering/MBA/BBA)
- Having at least 3 years of Sales experience in the same role & team handling in the IT industry.
Must Required Skills:
- Lead Generation
- Good Convincing, Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Requirements Gathering
- Client Documentation
