BISOU Cosmetics - Manager - Social Media (2-5 yrs)
Our Marketing team is hiring for the position of Social Media Manager to manage campaigns in multiple social media platforms.
We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require :
- Defining and executing social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition & retention.
- Tracking and improving campaign performance metrics.
- Managing the Influencer network.
- Passion for brand building, flawless execution, creativity & consumer focus.
Skills Required :
- Experience in visualization and copy-writing.
- Experience in managing social media platforms first-hand (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Experience in end-to-end management of social media marketing campaigns.
- Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results.
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Working knowledge of Excel & social media analytics tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Education : Graduate/Post Graduate
Work experience :
- Minimum 2 years (eCommerce or digital marketing agency experience preferred).
- This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is based at Marol, Mumbai.
