- To Manage 9 Agency Managers in Calicut Branch
- Drive AM's to ensure monthly target is achieved
- Ensure persistancy is maintained
- Ensure 100% compliance is followed
- Ensure month on month activation of FLS
- Conduct activities to generate leads for recruitment
- Conduct Agent meetings and training in the branch
- Provide product training and strategies to the FLS
- Conduct advisor engagement activities and make advisors active month on month
- Ensure branch profitablilty by attaining 100% targets
- Provide need based solutions to the clients and build brand value in the market.
