Job Description
Planning :
- Manpower planning: - For new geographies/markets
- Define key activities for each role on field (Trade Marketing, Draught, Sales )
- Define Cadence and Calendar for field employees and drive them effectively on ground
- Create a score card for each Sub Division/Market/Area and incentive parameters at each level for each quarter
Execution: -
- Define and execute scientific/Optimal PJP's at each level
- Ensure use of SFA (GreatVines) among field team by coordinating with field /CRM team
- Responsible for creating a L&D calendar in coordination with HR (Content/Timeline) and ensure that training activities are driven effectively
- Identifying training needs for field team and ensure there is no skill gaps at each level
- Drive engagement with 3rd party /external consultants for driving off role activities/RTM
- Coordinate with Regional sales and IT team to develop SFA and ensure technology adoption among field team
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing/Sales /Quality team and take requirements from each function, communicate and develop the same with IT
- Coordinate with the regional teams for training of SFA (GreatVines) tools and drive the usage of the same
- Responsible for all the data that gets into Great Vine: - Ensures that data that goes in is accurate and updated
Dashboards : - Take requirements from various functions regarding dashboards to enable data driven decision making
- Define data/dashboards to be visible at each level
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing/Sales team for driving Exhaustive Consumer masters with surveys and Geo Codes
Support : - Coordinate with sales and IT team for troubleshooting needed for SFA tools
- Ensure customer master is updated
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Troubleshooting skills in iOS and Android Applications
- Excellent Data analysis Skills
- Collating data from multiple sources and
- Management Reports and Dashboards
- Coordination with Stakeholders
- Excellent Communication skills
- Relationship building skills
Experience Needed :-
2-3 years in Sales and Business Analytics
