We are Looking for Sponsorship Sales Managers for Our Malad Office

Job Title : Sponsorship Sales Managers
Location : Malad West Near Infinity Mall
Experience : Max 5 Years Not More than that.
Salary: 12 k - 25 k + Incentives
Notice Period: Max 1 Week will be considered.
Job Responsibilities :
- Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference.
- To research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
- To Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors.
- To Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors.
- Update the company database as required.
- To Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.
- To assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities.
- To maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines.
Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
- Previous work in telesales, phone based marketing, and/or business-to-business sales.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and constantly striving for excellence and success.
- Customer focused and knows how to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivation/drive with a work-ethic based on never giving up.
- Results oriented.
Job timings: Mon to Fri 9AM - 6PM & Sat 9AM - 2PM
