Bione - Consultant - Sales & Marketing (4-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads for new sales through call, internet marketing & local marketing
- Promptly respond to general queries via email, message & call
- To select right products suitable to each customer's individual need
- Train & maintain a team of new independent distributors
- Should have experience in dealers and distribution development .
- Good networking skills.
- Should be able to create and develop the customer in sales-oriented services.
- Should be able to manage and handle the customers and drive organic sales growth.
- Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels.
- Generate new accounts by implementing effective networking content marketing strategies.
- Plan strategic brand building events to expand the product portfolio
- Monitor the performance of sales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure that sales targets are met. Should be able to handle Network Expansion. General duties including management, strategic and developmental.
Skills Required :
- Education Qualification : UG/PG/Diploma
- Experience : 4-5 years experience in any MLM industry
- Excellent Networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
