Bione - Area Sales Manager - South (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining & handling sales activities in the assigned area.
- Ensure growth & profitability of the company.
- Achieving the sales target & goals for the area.
- Establishing, maintaining & expanding the customer base.
- Responsible for new business while maintaining current relationships with partners in the region.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the assigned territory.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
- Regularly analyze market trends, internal metrics and competitor strategies to generate business insights and enable gap analysis.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Sales or related field)
- 3-5 yrs experience required in sales for Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostics/ Healthcare industry.
- Proven sales experience & knowledge including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.
- Good contact with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team worker and team builder.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- Willingness to travel.
