Bioleather - Manager - Search Engine Optimisation (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to enhance visibility and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure proper on-page optimization.
- Manage technical SEO tasks, including site audits, mobile optimization, and page speed improvements.
- Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus
