Bioleather - Manager - Digital Marketing (1-5 yrs)
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Content Creation and Management : Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management : Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and follower growth.
SEO and SEM Optimization : Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to increase visibility and conversions.
Email Marketing : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Generate regular reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Website Management : Collaborate with web development teams to ensure website content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Implement strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads,MetaAds, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
