Bioleather - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-7 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends and techniques, possess a solid understanding of various digital platforms, and have the ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to foster community engagement and grow our online presence.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing events, webinars, and other online initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and channels.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital space.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
