Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore - Kalyan Nagar (Hybrid)

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive at Biocliq Technologies is responsible for driving sales of our AI-based software solutions, designed to empower healthcare and radiology sectors. This role requires proactive outreach to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Biocliq. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets to support Biocliq's mission of advancing medical technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Telecalling:

- Promote Biocliq's AI-based software solutions to potential B2B clients.

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects.

- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client business challenges.

- Deliver customized sales pitches tailored to each client's needs.

- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

2. Relationship Building:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Serve as the primary contact for client queries, building trust and rapport.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Proven telesales experience, preferably in B2B solution selling.

- Prior experience in software or technology sales is advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Medical Imaging, Biotechnology, or a related medical technology field.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
