We are Looking for a Social Media Professional:

The Social Media professional should be a strong leader, strategist, collaborator with excellent writing and communication skills, fluent in all types of media, comes with existing strong media relationships, brand advocate and creative

Produce content and Engage with / Respond on social media users channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest.

Partner with Paid Media to build cohesive social media campaigns.

Track social media influencers, bloggers.

Ensure produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.

Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.

Assist with social media performance reports.

Analyze social activities and their impact on business results.

Report on progress of goals and relevant social marketing metrics to management.

Provide proactive ideas on how the brand can be part of developments in the industry / test new technologies / strategic partnerships etc.

Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.

Advise on Social Trends, New Tools, Applications, Channels, and Platforms.

Monitor, listen, and respond to clients and fans.

Have understanding of SEO, with ability to drive social SEO strategy.

Adept at crisis communications for all channels; have managed crises and can apply lessons learned, exhibits quick and sound judgement.

Oversee day-to-day social media operations including developing training, processes, etc. for working with merchandising and customer service teams.
