Technical Sales Executive (US Inbound VOICE position)

Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.

Inbound up-selling of Technical Services and Support ( 80% inbound + 20 % outbound) for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer, HP, Gmail, Yahoo, Facebook & QuickBooks Etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers.

Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.

Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.

Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.

Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service

Required Skills :

1. Good communication skills.

2. Should have knowledge about Technical domain: Microsoft Software/ Hardware/ Peripheral devices.

3. Should be able to work in night shift.

4. Fresher with excellent communications can also apply.

5. Experience of 0 - 4 years in similar domain will be an added advantage.
