- We are looking for a high-performing Sales person for to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. He will be responsible for maximizing the team potential, making sales plans
Experience : 3-6 year
Location : North Region: Gurgaon/Noida/Punjab location,
West : Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad,
South: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore,
East: Kolkata
- Each location has 1 opening & for training have to visit Gurgaon office for 1 week at the time of Joining. Post training have to resume work from respective location you're being hired for.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Software Sales :
- Individual contributor for generating revenue for company through software sales.
- Developing, and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
- Generate leads independently through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
- Generating business requirements from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability.
- Carry out marketing activities for software products to have better penetration in the market.
- Maintain and manage excellent relationship with existing accounts and do cross selling and upselling of products.
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
Knowledge and Skills required :
- Give business presentations to senior management team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have extensive knowledge of: selling ERP, SAP, SAAS, CRM Software products in India to Large Enterprises, SME's, MSME's and academic institutes, colleges and universities. Good Network & Negotiation Skills. Good Communication &Presentation Skills.
- Knowledge on his own vertical & Domain Target Oriented etc
- Btech/MBA with minimum 2 years of exp in Sofware sales to Enterprise, B2B Sales.
- Excellent in written and Verbal communication skills.
- Overall, all Academics % not less than 60 %
