- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of Branch Operation Plans with specific focus towards product availability, distribution and activity management.
- Planning, directing and coordinating the activities of staff in the branch.
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation for each sales manager.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with individual and business customers providing advice and assistance to customers on their needs.
- Monitoring credit extension decisions.
