Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue by acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer base, and cross-selling products or services.

- Conducting research to identify potential markets, analyzing customer needs and preferences, and monitoring industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. This involves analyzing competitors, customer behavior, and market conditions.

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams to develop business opportunities and foster trust and loyalty, this includes understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Developing long-term relationships can lead to repeat business and referrals.

- Developing proposals and pitches for potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements, and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that will generate leads and drive revenue.

- Collecting and analyzing data to track progress against goals, identifying areas for improvement, and developing reports to share with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish connections, identify potential partners, and stay updated on industry trends.

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business development efforts. This data can be used to refine strategies and improve future performance.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, learning new skills and tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve performance and achieve business goals.

- Strong communication skills are crucial for BDAs to effectively convey the value proposition of their company's products or services and build rapport with clients and partners.

Other Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Salary Slab : 35k to 40k
