Title: Business Development Manager

Timings: 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali

Position Overview:

- The role of a business development manager at Bikham would involve lead generation, opportunity conversion, and account management for our clients.

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

- This candidate will be focused, result-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

- They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Reporting :

The incumbent will report directly to the Founder and CEO.

Responsibilities :

- Use industry knowledge (or previous sales knowledge) to establish areas of opportunity and close business deals with new potential clients

- Build strong relationships with existing clients and explore new opportunities to grow the client list.

- Continually seeking information from clients to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.

- Work effectively with multiple internal departments to sell, execute, and manage campaigns (i.e. creative and production teams)

- Create marketing materials to promote brand awareness and enable pitch opportunities.

- Serve as a mentor and team lead to junior colleagues.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.

- Five to seven years of experience in International Sales.

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build rapport

- Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to multitask

- Self-motivated and with the capacity to work independently

- Competence to plan, organize and prioritize workload
