Work you'll do :
As an Email marketing manager, you would closely interact with the CEO + Bikayii marketing stakeholders + content + design team and send personalized emails containing Bikayi thoughtware, newsletter, webcasts, and events. This would require you to be involved in all stages of email execution (creating, testing, deployment, and reporting) and the ability to prioritize without direct oversight from the manager.
Other responsibilities include :
- Responsible for end to end administration of e-mail Campaign Management which includes the following
- Person should be able to build the whole Email infra from scratch
- Create email designs and responsive HTML templates following the brand guidelines
- Create landing pages/signup forms as per requirement
- Perform rendering tests to ensure compatibility of the templates across various platforms (mobile/desktop)and browsers
- Carrying out A/B testing to maximize results
- Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and manage the day-to-day tasks involved in deploying email campaigns.
- Data handling (i.e. by CRM Tool) and broadcasting (Scheduling) of the campaigns.
- Performing Quality analysis and maintaining the Quality checklist.
- Ensure campaign requests are accurately and efficiently fulfilled within agreed timescales.
- Producing and analyzing campaign reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Setup the fundamental blocks using marketing automation tools (Emails, Forms, Landing Pages
- Progressive Profiling, Segmentation, Campaign Workflows, Lead Scoring/generation, Custom integrations.
- Create process documents and presentations to share the performance of various email marketing programs and provide suggestions to increase the effectiveness of the campaign

Education and/or experience:
- Require 3-5 years of experience in email marketing/campaign management/demand generation
- Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B testing, and measurements
- Hands-on experience with Web development tools/technologies such as HTML,CSS,Photoshop,Dreamweaver andJavaScript
- Should have hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs
- Advance knowledge in marketing automation tools (preferably Zoho and salesforce)
- Basic knowledge in CRM tools(PreferablySalesforce)
- Proficiency in Google sheet, excel, word, and PowerPoint
