Job Description :
- Coordinating with L1 Support /Technical Team for issue resolution.
- Ensure each single issue of customers are resolved with the minimum turnaround time (TAT) in a satisfactory manner.
- SLA and priorities are met.
- Troubleshooting and a root cause analysis is performed to understand the origin of an issue.
- Ensure post checks are documented, performed and report is shared.
- Escalates to your Service Manager when required.
