Job Overview
At Bikayi we're seeking a qualified BDA to sell our product that our customers have grown to rely on. The BDA will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Job Responsibilities :
- The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with creative and innovative thinking.
- Own end to end sales cycle for all mid-market/high growth start-ups/future of the country.
- Should be responsible to understand all client requirements over the phone/email and propose a suitable solution using Bikayi product.
- Highly effective communication, presentation, organization, coordination, and business generation skills.
- Identify business prospects in the India
- Generate own sales leads through pure outbound efforts.
- Ensure maximum conversion rates through pure outbound sales efforts.
- Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve weekly business goals.
- Generating the leads through cold calling.
- Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.
- Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required.
- Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Should have knowledge of email marketing and follow-up with the client's response.
- Candidate must be well conversant with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Achieving the weekly sales target / exceed the target.
- Additional knowledge on Digital marketing, social media, Branding, and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease.
- Selected candidates will have to work in alignment with the IST time zone (shift starts @ 11 am IST)
Qualifications :
- Must have 3 - 5 years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup. Experience with the Ecommerce industry would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in working and performing in an outbound sales setting. Prior experience working for a high growth startup will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or Masters- degree is a must.
- Should know how to use sales tools.
- Should have the ability to present and share insights to the senior management.
- 2 years of experience in the same domain preferred.
- Strong communication, oral & written skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.
- Highly self-motivated and result oriented personality.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
