1. Manage end-to-end responsibilities :
- Operations and Sales, for the cluster of cities.
- Responsible for P&L of the team.
2. Drive sales targets within the cluster of cities, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales.
3. Responsible for business development for the state and acquire and retain buyers.
4. Manage team to deliver the overall business objectives. Develop daily/weekly & monthly Sales Targets & working with team to achieve it.
5. Set up and manage the relationships with High Value/Top Retailers.
6. Travelling to various geographies to work directly with the team.
7. Hiring people to build teams of exceptional caliber in that state
