1) Responsible for managing a team of 200+ tele-callers with help of team leads.
2) Responsible for Retailer Acquisition & Retention on platform through telesales.
3) Responsible for achieving defined ratios & metrics for processes Connect Rate, Conversion, Sales per day, Churn activation Rate etc.
4) Take complete ownership of Retailer Acquisition, Retention funnel and growth targets.
5) Take complete ownership of Acquisition and Retention cost.
6) Work closely on Training & Quality to improve Retailer experience.
7) Responsible for hiring framework to grow the team.
