Bijlipay - Executive - Customer Support (0-3 yrs)
Skills Required :
- Required good communication skills, should be able to converse in English, Hindi, Tamil/Telugu.
- (Multilingual will be preferred)
- Fluent conversation skills in Hindi & English is must.
- Passion to work in the Fintech space.
- Experience especially in Banking products is an added advantage
- The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Relationship management skills is a must.
- Willingness to work in shift system in 9AM to 9PM window.
- Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day Rotational Shift) must be available to work on holidays and weekends
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Need to answer customer's queries through voice services, inbound / outbound calls.
- Ability in cross selling.
- Understanding the customer's requirement and respond promptly.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
