Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.

- Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.

- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills:
