Role Overview:

As a Relationship Manager - Cross Sales at Bigul, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our product penetration among existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, educate them about our range of products and special subscriptions, and guide them towards solutions that best meet their financial needs. You will leverage your expertise in financial products and market trends to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support, thereby fostering recurring sales and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with assigned clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable products and subscriptions offered by Bigul.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, benefits, and how they align with client needs.

- Cross-Selling: Strategically promote additional products and services to increase product penetration and maximize client value.

- Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

- Service Excellence: Ensure service delivery meets the high standards set by the company, aiming for client delight and retention.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Third-Party Product Sales, Research Advisory product sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.

- Comprehensive understanding of financial products, market trends, and stock market trading mechanisms.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
