Bigul - Indirect Sales/B2B Sales Role (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem to expand market reach.
- Support and guide partners in developing sales plans and programs that drive mutual success.
- Proactively engage with partners to resolve issues, provide product knowledge, and enhance their selling capabilities.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to help partners succeed.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure partners are aligned with company values, strategies, and objectives for a seamless customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive results through indirect channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of channel sales best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
