Role-
This role is responsible for overseeing the trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring that client orders are executed efficiently and compliantly. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with key clients. The Dealing Room Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firm's reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Activation Goals: Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.
- Reactivation Goals: Strategically target and re-engage inactive clients.
- Client Retention: Meet and exceed client retention targets through exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Reach team performance goals through effective leadership.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and provide training to ensure a high-performing team.
- Compliance Enforcement: Maintain trading compliance and quality as per company standards.
- High-Net-Worth (HNI) Engagement: Actively engage with HNI clients to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the engagement team to run effective client campaigns.
- Innovation in Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing automation strategies
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Experience: At least 7 years in the industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
- Education: A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred.
- Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the stock broking industry.
- Certification: NISM Series VIII certification is required.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
