Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for programmatic advertising across the region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including agency trading desks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices in programmatic sales and ensuring high performance.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Sales Execution : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Client Consultation : Serve as the primary consultant for clients on programmatic advertising solutions, providing insights into campaign performance and optimization strategies.
