Core Responsibilities:
As a Creative Strategist at Big Trunk, you will:
- Lead Strategic Research: Conduct comprehensive brand, product, and competitive analysis to inform powerful content and communication strategies
- Drive Campaign Development: Conceive innovative concepts and strategic frameworks for campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Develop Content Calendars: Create and manage monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives and market opportunities
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously monitor industry trends to uncover new ways to elevate our clients' presence
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Account Managers to translate client needs into effective strategic solutions
- Guide Creative Execution: Partner with Graphic Designers to bring strategic concepts to life within established timelines
- Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment
