Bigspoon - Manager - Sales & Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
- He/she should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Lead generation using direct sales -offline/online, networking events, social media, and any other means
- Build & maintain relationships with prospective clients and business growth
- Manage sales pipeline & track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management to achieve sales goals
- Provide weekly, quarterly and monthly updates
Qualifications :
- 3-6 years experience in sales/marketing/business development/key account management
- Experienced in sales cycle including deal closing & demonstrated sales success
- Strong communication skills both written & spoken
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
