We are Hiring for a Cross - Border Sales professional specializing in Cross-Border Logistics, your role is pivotal in proactively engaging with potential customers across global markets via telephone communications.

You will be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching logistics solutions, and securing deals through effective communication and a structured sales approach.

Key Responsibilities :

1 - Outbound Calling :

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets.

- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.

2 - Lead Generation :

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.

3 - Product/Service Presentation :

- Present logistics solutions to potential customers, addressing their specific needs.

- Customize sales pitches based on customer requirements.

4 - Sales Closing :

- Effectively close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure deals.

5 - Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

- Provide excellent customer service and handle post-sale inquiries.

6 - Market Research :

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Share market insights with sales and marketing teams.

7 - Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience in international tele sales or similar roles.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong customer relationships.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills and structured sales approach.

Additional Requirements :

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes preferred.

- Ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively.
