Bigship - Associate - Business Development/Sales (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the global market. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in international sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Provide customized logistics solutions and quotations based on client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Generating and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attending industry events and conferences to expand the network and promote services.
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry developments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
