Job Description:
Bigsearch Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, and a strong background in real estate. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and achieving our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate and successfully conduct site visits of clients
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our real estate offerings and present the property to them with a strong sales strategy.
5. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
9. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
3. Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
6. Sound knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred, but not always mandatory).
2. High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
3. Additional certifications or courses related to sales, marketing, or business development (optional but beneficial).
Salary Offered: -
LPA + incentives + bonus (-note- bonus varies on the basis of your performance)
