Job Profile:
Hunting - Responsible for identification of new opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion. Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations outlining the benefits of our product & services.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization. Generate leads and make cold calls at prospective customers
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows
- Target achievement on a monthly basis. Responsible for order to collection
- Should have experience of selling to HR or Marketing. Must be having good contacts with purchase teams.
- Experience in selling corporate gifting, lifestyle, media, advertisement sales, hospitality or office automation would be an advantage but not mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Degree with relevant sales experience of 1-5 years in field sales only.
- Extrovert with very Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with people at CXO level
- A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements.
