BigCity - Senior Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Job description
- As part of our Business Development team you would be required to represent the BigCity brand and WIN new business, within our target market i.e. top 1000 companies.
- Job profile will include prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, making presentation/pitches to India's top brand managers, marketers, marketing heads with intent to WIN business.
- Profile would also involve generating additional business from existing accounts by recommending suitable products/promotions/incentives based on the relevance and requirements.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies.
- Work closely with the teams within the organisation to run the complete sales cycle & build a strong knowledge sharing practice
- Our business model revolves around promotions via innovative leisure and lifestyle incentives. Therefore you will be required to have good understanding of Brands, Marketing Strategies, BTL promotions, Loyalty Programs.
Working hours will range from 10:00AM to 18:00 PM on Monday - Friday basis. Location for current employment is in Gurgaon
We have our Head Office in Bangalore and two branch offices in Mumbai and Gurgaon
Desired Skills :
- We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally having a strong Concept / Solution Sales background.
- Candidates having good contacts with Brand and Marketing Managers and Decision Makers in sectors like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, Banking and others will be preferred.
- Candidates should have prior experience managing teams and must be willing to travel across India.
- Experience: Min 3 Years

- Compensation: Attractive variable plan will be extended to this position on top of CTC.
