Job description :
- As part of our Business Development team you would be required to represent the BigCity brand and WIN new business, within our target market i.e. top 1000 companies.
- Our business model revolves around designing & delivering bespoke campaigns using leisure and lifestyle experiences. Therefore, an in depth understanding of Brands, Marketing Strategies, BTL/ ATL promotions, Loyalty Programs, etc will be of primary importance.
- Thinking on your feet is mandate - however its most important to understand clearly the brands objectives, and marketing goals to create suitable programmes using BigCity's in-house rewards & solutions.
- Job profile will include prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, making presentation/pitches to India's top brand managers, marketers, marketing heads with intent to WIN business.
- This is a B2B corporate sales role where you will specifically target Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Marketing Managers of pan India brands HQ'd out of North & East of India
- Your role will be to target new business accounts specifically for activities around Tactical Sales Promotions, Loyalty Programs, Cross Promotions, Contests and Customer Engagement initiatives for Pan India Roll Out.
- Profile would also involve generating additional business from existing accounts by recommending suitable products/promotions/incentives based on the relevance and requirements.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies.
- Work closely with the teams within the organization to run the complete sales cycle & build a strong knowledge sharing practice
- Our business model revolves around promotions via innovative leisure and lifestyle incentives. Therefore you will be required to have good understanding of Brands, Marketing Strategies, BTL promotions, Loyalty Programs.
This position is based out of our Gurgaon Office only. (Local candidates apply). Office Timings are 10 am - 6 pm, Mon-Fri.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills and ideally having a strong Concept / Solution Sales background.
- Candidates having good contacts with Brand and Marketing Managers and Decision Makers in sectors like Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Banking and others will be preferred.
- Min work experience of 3-5 years for Manager Brand Acquisition
- Candidates should have prior experience of working in a team and must be willing to travel across India.
