Area Relationship Executive duties and responsibilities :
- Interest in business development, Sales.
- Demonstrated experience, commitment, and passion regarding the potential of business development to solve business challenges and deliver business value.
- Understanding of the competitive and partner landscape.
- Developed point of view on business potential and limits in the marketplace.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Visibility and contacts in the community management, apartment association.
- Good communication skills and command on Regional Language is a must and Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Attracting new customers by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new customers.

1. Must have outbound sales experience (preferably direct sales)
2. Familiarity with local territory

Responsibilities :
1) Acquire and onboard customers in assigned territory.
2) Responsible for order collection.
3) Obtain Building permissions to start BBD Service
4) Drive customer engagement and experience and Society penetration
5) Door to door Marketing permissions

1. Bike+Licence - Mandatory
2. Ready To Join Immediately
3. Need candidates with in 5km radius
4. Graduation mandatory
5. Minimum 1 years experience in direct sales.
