- The Job requires interacting with customers through Email/Chat to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction.
- Job requires you to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
- As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India. As a company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers. Therefore we hire only the best customer service professionals.
- Fixed Morning Shifts.
- Shift time : 6am-11am.
- Rotational off.
- Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
2) Must be a Team Player.
3) Have a good attitude - Should be committed to the work.
4) Typing speed of 30 WPM with Min 90% Accuracy.
Education: Any(10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG) FRESHER WITH GOOD ENGLISH Communications Skill.
Languages required: English/Hindi/Marathi.
Age Limit : 18yrs-30 yrs.
