- Check and respond to customer queries on various channels such as WhatsApp, chat, social media, etc.

- Update product information, images, and pricing on the website and other e-commerce platforms.

- Process orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Monitor shipping and delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Track inventory levels and restock products as needed. Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving products.

- Prepare sales and inventory reports using Excel or other data analysis tools. Analyze the data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, etc. Track the performance of these campaigns and adjust them as needed.

- Write and edit product descriptions content for the website and social media channels.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and product decisions.

- Attend team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
