Customer Care Executive
- Candidate would be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone, e-mail and resolving customer queries within defined TAT
- Make calls to the customers when necessary & follow up with all concerned for closure of issue within SLA.
- Educate/inform customers about latest fashion trends/brands/products etc.
- To help customers with product enquiries
- Build relationship with customers
- Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
- Effective team player to coordinate with other departments and resolve customer queries.
Desired Profile :
- Experience either in BPO sector or in e-commerce.
- Must have excellent command over written & spoken English
- Should be able to multitask
- Proficient with MS Office.
