Job Overview:

We are looking for Affiliate Manager to join our team at Bidshade. As a Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic affiliate partnerships. This role is based in Noida and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in Ad tech network for App growth.

- Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and revenue.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

- Knowledge of International affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and industry tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic affiliate onboarding plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Candidate should be able to bring in value and business on the table through existing industry relations.

- Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, including monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.

- Track and report on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment.

- Identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and campaign success.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
