Required Experience : 5- 8 years
Location : Bangalore/ Delhi/ Cochin
Job Description:
1. Looking after the entire activity of Tendering /Response to tenders/Bid management process, Proposal writing, preparing tender responses.
2. Responding to RFIs, RFPs in line with customer requirements and proposal standards.
3. Bid planning, scheduling, kick-off, GO/No Go Bid Reviews, Follow-up meetings and pre & post bid submission activities. Tracking technical, commercial and legal deliverables relevant to bid submission.
4. Searching for tenders from different sources. (Websites, e-tendering portals, newspapers, different procurement sites, marketing activities etc.)
5. Preparing queries for pre-bid meetings, building good relationships with the concerned clients, interaction with clients.
6. Managing the bid preparation process to ensure that winning, profitable, quality proposals are produced in time and are authorized prior to submission to the customer.
7. Evaluating tender documents, preparing bid proposals in order to win the bid, documentation, fulfilling all the requirements and formalities as per the tender document.
8. Co coordinating with partners in case of consortium bid.
9. Preparation of CVs for the proposed manpower as per the requirement specified in the tender document.
10. Submission of proposals through physical submission or through electronic submission in different e-portals (E Tendering, GeM) using digital certificates.
11. Regular updating and centralizing components of knowledge objects to facilitate re-use of components for quick turnaround of proposals.
12. Preparation of different MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
13. Working and chalking out a timetable for the timely submission of bids.
