Bid Manager - IT (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring Bid Manager for Head-presales IT for execution of bid management process. He/She will be responsible for creation, collation and management of the inputs of RFPs from COEs, Account Manager, Delivery teams & Supporting groups. Bid-Manager needs to understand the sales cycle, pre-sales responsibilities and needs to be expert in stakeholder management.
Responsibilities :
- Bid Management
- Responding to technical and functional queries by mapping requirements to service capabilities with collaboration of COE- s, delivery, account manager, sales & marketing team.
- Interacting with different departments within organization and prepare the best response which is essential part of bid.
- Preparing market & industry intelligence and Technical presentations.
- Using Upwork, Freelance etc. sits for bidding
- Maintaining the core data base / repository of documents for organization which reduces efforts during bidding.
- Responsible to contribute to success/win rate of IT proposals.
- Business Analysis
- Market & industry competitor Analysis.
- Eliciting requirements in collaboration with IT presales head.
- Analyzing customer needs, mapping them to technology solutions, interfacing with business and technology teams.
Experience : Minimum 2 years
Qualification : Any Graduate
Salary : As per Industry or hike from last CTC
