BIBA - Manager - Distribution (3-7 yrs)
Purpose of the Job
Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with the buyers and to support the sales in their network of the store and responsible for sales activities and lead the growth for BIBA. This will be accomplished through the use of analytical skills and market knowledge to monitor distribution, proactively contribute to meeting sales target, and ensure the brand promise is delivered
Process Responsibilities
- Owning and managing the portfolio of the product for channel partners and ensuring the overall profitability.
- Works closely with Buyers to ensure customer needs are met in a timely Manner
- Keen understanding and updated with the latest market trends
- Updating the discounts on the products of the brand on the respective
- Responsible for educating dealers with perspective to VM, Pricing and marketing
- Ensuring the accuracy of stock availability information, as per buyer requirements
- Work with distributors to ensure they are meeting targets/sales and delivery of stocks accordingly
- Track & monitor timelines for stock dispatch and delivery
- Work closely with the Marketing team and identify opportunities for continued growth and profitability
People Management Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the leadership of the channel partner to increase the visibility and growth of the brand
- Maintain relationship with distributors across so that could contribute to the overall growth strategy for BIBA
- Work closely with Merchandising and Supply chain teams and ensuring availability and timely delivery of stock
- Collaborate with Finance and accounts team on payment status and issues
- Managing a business alliance with distributors
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with External Stake Holders and review the performance of respective distributors
- Work closely with Transportation team and ensuring delivery and keep a track on missing stock
Financial Responsibilities:
- Managing the P&L for the respective distributors
- Adjustment of the Debit & Credit notes

The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders :
- Work closely with the leadership team of channel partners to increase the visibility and growth of the brand
- Work closely with Logistic partners to ensure timely delivery of stock
