Manager-Key Accounts-MBO


Purpose of the Job :

As Relation Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining relationships with MBO and BIBA, driving the growth of the brand within an organization and provide inputs to product, operations, Finance, Sales and other cross functional teams and identify opportunities for continued growth and profitability.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent :

- Process Responsibilities

- Managing external agencies and ensuring timely delivery of stocks.

- Analyze sales productivity, KPI, Business and Market trends

- Responsible for stock replenishment as per the requirements of the respective stores

- Partner with respective stores to ensure product, allocation and replenishment

- Continuously analyze Purchase and Sales orders

- Managing Article Creation process

- Analyze key metrics through adherence of VM guidelines, saleable stock, stocking as per capacity across MBO counters.

- Ensuring IBT done for better sell through

- Ensuring P.O review with P.O tracker.

- Source new potential partnerships with stores across, that could contribute to the overall growth strategy

- People Management Responsibilities

- Coordinating with the merchandising team to get the stock against buy plan/allocation

- Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure the timely dispatch of the stock.

- Coordinating with the finance and account's team to check the payment status and resolve the issues.

Coordinating with Zonal team on instructions/guidelines received from management and ensuring implementation and execution.

- Engage in ongoing coaching and feedback, determining training program, and deliver all performance appraisals and documentation in a timely manner

- Identify manpower gaps

- Lead and inspires a highly passionate, effective, results oriented team of retail, sales/merchandise/ stores l professionals.
