Role & Responsibility :
Belief: Identifying & nurturing key corporate relationships & business tie-ups with IPC's and Local Property Consultants
Skills: Demonstrate strong business development activities via Business networking meets, industry seminars and New ideas of sources. Leverage existing and new relationships with Corporates, briefly Tenant representation
Matrix: Much essential for mapping, managing the show and self-explanatory in LMS for office and retail space (added advantage) requirements.
Visits: Planning, organizing and site visits and closing corporates meets
Legal: Knowledge of documentation related to legal agreements like leave and license agreement, LOI, MOU and Lease Deeds.
Multitasking: Demonstrate client and program management skills for lease transactions, including coordination with offshore, onshore teams, Consultants and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
Engagement: Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - business calls, meetings, Travelling, site visits, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
