Key Deliverables :

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share within the F&B industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns, integrating digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and strategic planning.

- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing efforts to engage audiences and build community.

- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and business objectives.

- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand experience and customer engagement.

- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.

- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Experience with CRM software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.

- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

- Experience in digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) will be a plus.
